Service
Sharper Trade provides software for importing trade-history files, journaling decisions, and calculating historical reports. It does not execute trades, connect to a broker in this CSV-only release, provide investment advice, or guarantee results.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your password, and ensuring you have the right to upload the data you provide. You may not attack, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or use the service to violate law or another person’s rights.
Subscriptions
The monthly price and billing frequency are shown before hosted checkout. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed or expired payments may make the account read-only or remove access after notice.
Your data
You retain ownership of your trade and journal data and grant us only the permission needed to store, process, back up, and display it for the service. You can export trade history and request deletion subject to legally required billing-record retention.
Availability and calculations
The service is provided on an early-access basis and may change or experience interruption. Reports depend on imported files and may contain errors. You must verify important figures independently, including prop-firm limits and tax records.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties and Sharper Trade is not responsible for trading losses, prop-account decisions, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from reliance on reports.
